Dru Imler
Executive Director
Dru has more than 18 years of diverse non-profit management, economic development and commercial revitalization experience. She is responsible for all aspects of WPP, including housing development, fundraising, business recruitment, main street management, employment and workforce development, community planning and special initiatives. She holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.

Eric Kukura
Director of Economic Development
With more than 11 years of development and main street management experience, Eric is responsible for WPP’s comprehensive public space improvement project planned for the South Main Street core. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.

Eric Worthing
Director of Workforce Development
Eric, who has more than 12 years of experience in customer service and relations, manages WPP’s state-certified Team PA CareerLink Community Center. He provides specialized assistance to both job seekers and employers and places more than 120 people annually. Eric has a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris College.

Jennifer Harris
Director of Community Planning
Jennifer oversees community development, planning and housing initiatives primarily in the neighborhoods of Elliott and Sheraden. She also oversees the conversion of Wabash Park into a premiere senior playground. She possesses a strong financial and customer service background, having worked in the banking industry for more than 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Pat Torrey
Director of the West End Home Assurance Value Program.
Pat oversees Pittsburgh’s first home value assurance program designed to create sustainable change, stabilize neighborhoods, increase property values and encourage long-term homeownership in 12 West Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Pat, who possesses a strong background in communications and sales, attended St. Ambrose College.

Mildred Rutkowski
Office Manager
With her strong computer skills, Millie is in charge of the organization's clerical management. She also provides assistance to the employment program and oversight in the computer laboratory.
