Pittsburgh Partnership for Regional Development, Inc. (WPP)
is a nonprofit community development corporation dedicated
to strengthening and revitalizing the western neighborhoods
of Pittsburgh. The 501(c)(3) organization was founded in 1985
as the former West End-Elliott Joint Project.
WPP provides the following core services:
- Community planning and advocacy
- Housing development
- Mainstreet management
- Business recruitment and site location assistance
- Employment and workforce development
