End-Elliott Overlook
Offering one of the most powerful city views to be seen anywhere
in the United States, the West End-Elliott Overlook is undergoing
a $2.1 million renovation. New amenities include a pavilion
with indoor restrooms and rooftop observation deck, enhanced
picnic facilities, additional green space and lighted walkways.
The overlook will reopen when construction is completed in
2003. |
