Streetface Program
West End is a designated district in the Streetface Program from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. Commercial building owners and tenants located within the business district may be eligible for program funds to improve their buildings' facades.

The program provides up to 50 percent of facade renovation costs and related architectural fees with a maximum loan amount between $6,600 and $12,600 (based on historic or non-historic and corner or mid-block facade). Some specially designated neighborhoods may be eligible for higher subsidies (between $16,500 and $22,800).
